All of works will be using 1920x1080 at 24/30 fps

All assets must be ready before the project starts. (ex: music, logo, illustration, etc)

If you have some reference please show me with guidelines or storyboard (highly recommended)

Down Payment 50% is required before the project starts. Or you can pay it full in advance

Payment will be using: BCA, SeaBank, Dana for IDR . And PayPal for USD

Refunds or cancellations are not accepted when the progress has been made

If you want to make revisions, please do so before entering the finishing section (coloring & grading) otherwise you will be charged depends on the complexity

If the revisions is different from the concept that was agreed upon from the start, you will be charged 20$ (Rp300.000,00)
